Our Little Dragons Program is specially designed for children aged 4 to 6, providing
a fun and engaging introduction to martial arts. This program focuses on developing essential life skills such as listening, focus,
and respect, while also improving coordination, balance, and motor skills.
(Ages 7 - 9)
Our Kids Karate program for ages 7 to 9 is tailored to help pre-teens build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills during a pivotal stage of their development. In these classes, students learn advanced martial arts techniques while enhancing focus,
self-discipline, and problem-solving abilities.
(Ages 10 - 12)
Our Teen Martial Arts program for ages 10 to 12 helps pre-teens build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills. These progressive classes teach advanced techniques, helping students improve focus, build self-discipline and determination, and tackle challenges confidently.
(Ages 13+)
Our Teens Karate program is designed to empower teenagers with the essential skills and mindset they need to excel not only in martial arts but in all areas of life. Through challenging and dynamic classes, teens build physical strength, agility, and self-defense skills while developing mental resilience, focus, and perseverance. As they progress, they also cultivate confidence, discipline, and leadership qualities that will serve them in school, relationships, and future career pursuits. Our program encourages teens to push past their limits, embrace challenges, and learn the values of respect, integrity, hard work, and perseverance, preparing them for life’s obstacles.
